Common questions
Before you book.
Do I have to start with a deep clean?
No. If your home hasn't been professionally cleaned in a while we'll recommend one, because it makes every standard visit after it faster, but it's your call. If the home is already in good shape, we start with a standard clean at the standard rate.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything: a commercial vacuum, professional-grade products, and a color-coded microfiber system so bathroom cloths never touch your kitchen. If you'd prefer we use a specific product of yours, leave it out and tell us.
Is the price really flat? What about my dog?
The price we confirm when we arrive is the price; we never bill hourly. Two things adjust a quote: shedding pets (+$25–40 on a standard clean, since pet hair adds real time; a move-out clean already includes that work, and on a deep clean it's a priced add-on) and rush bookings inside 48 hours (+15%). Both are agreed on before any work starts.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many recurring clients leave a door code or a key arrangement. You're welcome to do the final walkthrough in person or by photo either way.
Why do you need a card if I'm paying after the clean?
The card holds the visit, the way a restaurant holds a table. Nothing is charged when you book, nothing is ever charged on a schedule, and on the day you still pay however you like — cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, or card. The full terms are written down.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge. That's the whole policy. Details are on our policies page.
Do you speak Spanish?
